Meet Anna Rósa Parker

Executive coach and creator of the EVOKE Framework, a method that helps creatives, entrepreneurs, and leaders transform their stories into catalysts for clarity, confidence, and intentional action.

I blend storytelling, neuroscience, and HeartMath to help individuals and teams realign their inner narrative and express the story they’re truly meant to live.

My Journey:

I began my career in Seattle as an actor and playwright after graduating from the University of Washington, exploring the emotional intelligence and transformative power of storytelling.

That same passion led me into luxury marketing at Nordstrom Inc., and later into advertising in New York, where I shaped narratives for lifestyle and luxury brands including Baccarat Hotel, 1 Hotels, Sóley Organics, Bambini Furtuna, and EleVen by Venus Williams.

Today, I bring all of that experience into both sides of my work, 
helping people and brands articulate who they are and what they’re here to create.

Teaching and Leadership:

As a Career Field Instructor at NYU, I mentor emerging leaders, artists, and storytellers as they define their voice, build confidence, and craft meaningful creative direction. Living between Manhattan and Reykjavík, I bring a cross-cultural lens to every session, blending heart, science, and story to create meaningful transformation.
