I work at the intersection of identity, expression, and direction.

I help artists, creatives, founders, and conscious leaders uncover the narratives shaping who they are, and design how they want to live, lead, and be seen.

Through EVOKE, my signature framework, I guide individuals and teams to clarify their roots, align their values, define their direction, and express their essence with intention.

My work blends storytelling, neuroscience, and HeartMath to bridge inner clarity with external expression, whether in a life, a leadership role, or a brand.

My Journey:

I began in Seattle as an actor and playwright after graduating from the University of Washington. Theatre taught me that identity is lived, not just spoken - that story moves through the body before it ever reaches language.

​

That understanding led me into luxury marketing at Nordstrom and later into advertising in New York, where I shaped brand voice and storytelling for lifestyle and luxury brands including Baccarat Hotel, 1 Hotels, Bambini Furtuna, EleVen by Venus Williams, and Sóley Organics from Iceland.

Today, I bring that dual perspective, artistic and strategic into every engagement. I help people and brands articulate who they are and build from clarity.

​

Teaching and Leadership:

As a Career Field Instructor at NYU, I mentor emerging artists and leaders as they define their voice and shape meaningful creative direction.

​

Living between Manhattan and Reykjavík, I bring a cross-cultural lens to my work, blending heart, structure, and narrative intelligence to create grounded, intentional growth.

​

Philosophy:

I don’t believe in reinvention for performance.

I believe in remembering what’s true, releasing what isn’t, and building from essence.
