  • Focus your attention on the area around your heart. Place your hand on your chest if it helps you concentrate.

  • Breathe deeply but normally, imagining your breath flowing in and out through your heart area.

  • Recall a positive feeling or experience and try to re-experience it. Focus on this feeling as you continue to breathe through your heart area.

  • Practice this for 60-90 seconds whenever you feel stressed or need to align with your heart's intelligence.


5. Build Your Powerhouse Tribe

Surround yourself with people who inspire, challenge, and uplift you—those already living the life you aspire to. Join a new community with like-minded people, online or in person. Set firm boundaries with naysayers and energy vampires. Your dreams are too precious to be diluted by doubt. Create a tribe that believes in you, even when you doubt yourself. They're your secret weapon to an extraordinary life.
